Before you write

• Frequently asked questions cover pricing, Korean text, broken lines on mobile, and whether images are stored.
• ASCII art guides cover pasting into Discord and chat apps, and adding a banner to a README.

Reporting a bug

Including the details below makes the cause much easier to find.

• Your device and browser (for example, Windows 11 with Chrome, or iPhone with Safari)
• The tool you used (text banner, image conversion, text art, or fancy text)
• The text you typed and the font you chose, or the settings you used for image conversion
• A screenshot

lab.ascii does not upload your text or images for conversion, so please include the details needed to reproduce the problem in your message. If the problem happens only with a particular image, attach one you are comfortable sharing. It is used only to investigate the problem and is deleted afterwards.

Suggesting fonts and text art

Suggestions for FIGlet fonts to add, or text art for the gallery, are welcome. If the art is your own work, it can be credited with your name.

Copyright requests

If you believe something on the site infringes your rights, send the address of the page and information that shows you hold those rights. It will be reviewed and acted on promptly.
